Kong Law is a boutique legal practice based in Whistler, B.C., on the traditional and unceded territories of the Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh and L̓il̓wat7úl First Nations. Founded by Tanya Kong, the practice has long centered human relationships in the legal process—offering support in death & accident planning, personal and business agreements, and select family law matters.
As of 2025, Tanya has begun phasing out general legal services to focus more fully on her most aligned work: supporting visionary leaders through conscious negotiation, deep listening, and transformational decision-making.
Kong Love was created as the home for this next chapter—where law, leadership, and emotional intelligence meet. Through her signature offer, The Conscious Deal™, Tanya now works as both a lawyer and negotiation coach, supporting select clients in crafting deals that truly reflect their values, vision, and worth.
Tanya continues to offer notarizations by appointment, Monday to Friday.
